Two men sought following early-morning armed robbery

Redlands Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place early Friday morning at a gas station convenience store near the Ford Street offramp of Interstate 10.

Two men walked into the 76 gas station at 1075 Parkford Drive shortly after 4 a.m. Friday, March 11, both armed with handguns. The men forced the clerk into a back room. The men escaped with cash and cigarettes.

One suspect is described as a Hispanic male between 20 and 25 years old, 6 feet tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, clear glasses, a heavy blue jacket and blue jeans. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, between 20 and 25 years old, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, light blue shirt with gray, long-sleeved undershirt and blue jeans.

A white pick-up truck, unknown make or model, was seen in the area shortly before the robbery.
